Planning Your Walt Disney World Vacation

So much goes into planning a Walt Disney World vacation. This blog post could go on forever! I totally get why people devote entire blogs to all things Disney World.

I love planning and thrive while doing so. So, planning a Disney vacation is the perfect experience for me. I can’t wait to do it again!

What ticket package do you get? When’s the best time to go? Which parks should you go to and how much time should you spend there? Where should you stay? All of these are important factors to consider while planning the logistics of your trip. While many bloggers are way more experienced on this topic, I’m still going to give my personal advice. Later, I’ll be making a post about my time at each park. Keep reading and check out my other Florida travel diaries here.

Miami Heat: A Travel Diary

Miami Heat: A Travel Diary Redhead Rendezvous

Welcome to my Miami travel diary! Let me begin by saying, a day in Miami is not enough. Coming from Illinois, dipping my toes in the sand and sweating while wearing romper in January is unreal. A week in my swimsuit lounging around Miami Beach sounds ideal. Unfortunately, I had only one day to cram in a tour of Miami. To read more on my trip, you can find my Florida Keys travel diary here. Read on to find my itinerary for a day trip to Miami!

A Day in Dallas: A Travel Diary

Redhead Rendezvous A Day in Dallas: A Travel Diary

Hi everyone! Long time, no post. Unfortunately, college has gotten the better of me and I’m drowning in midterms and other requirements. However, I’m back with a new travel diary! I finally found time to talk about my recent trip to Dallas! Check out my most recent travel diary about a day in Chicago, here.

I had to go to Texas under unfortunate circumstances — a family funeral. I flew into Dallas but the bulk of my time was spent two hours east with my family. We had a free day after our flight arrived and did a quick tour of Dallas. Keep reading to see what I did!

Chicago in 24 Hours: A Travel Diary

Redhead Rendezvous Chicago in 24 Hours: A Travel Diary

Travel diaries are back! Last weekend my family decided to take an overnight trip to Chicago to celebrate my brother’s eighteenth birthday. Since I’m from Illinois, I’ve been to Chicago many times. So, this is in no way a must-see guide for Chicago, just how I spent my day there. Maybe a Chicago musts list could be a future post? Chicago is one of my all time favorite cities and where I would love to one day live. Keep reading to see how I chose to spend my 24 hours in Chicago, and if you want, check out my earlier travel diaries from Rome, Florence, and London!

London Town: A Travel Diary

Redhead Rendezvous London Town: A Travel Diary

Hi all! Today I’ll be sharing the last chapter in my European travel diary: London. If you want to see what I did the week before while in Italy, check out my Rome travel diary here and my Florence travel diary here.

I am absolutely, completely in love with London. I can totally see myself living there one day, but if that doesn’t happen I definitely want to study there for at least a semester. I knew I was going to love it there; my favorite movies, vloggers, bloggers, and musicians all hail from across the pond, but in the end I really, really loved it there. You know the episode of Friends where they travel to London for Ross’s wedding and Joey drives Chandler crazy with his enthusiasm for London? Yeah, I was Joey on this trip. London, baby!

I spent six days in London, and worked hard to jam everything I wanted to do or see into those six days. One day I walked a total of ten miles, but in the end, the long days were so worth it. Keep reading as I break down my day by day London experience!

Floating Around Florence: A Travel Diary

Floating Around Florence: A Travel Diary

Ciao! Welcome to another chapter in my Travel Diary series. This post will be breaking down the two short days I spent in Florence. Sadly, it was actually closer to a day and a half since I didn’t arrive in Florence until Monday afternoon and left for London Wednesday morning. I will definitely be back to do more exploring later, but here’s the break down of my first time in Florence.

When in Rome: A Travel Diary

Redhead Rendezvous When In Rome: A Travel Diary

Ciao Bella! This week I returned home from my first ever European experience. I spent 14 days in the cities of Rome, Florence, and London. I was so nervous and spent the night before packing, wondering if I should just call the thing off because I couldn’t manage going to Europe alone. But, now that I’m back, I can honestly say I didn’t have enough time there!

This was the experience of a lifetime, and I completely fell in love with Europe. I don’t know when I will be back, but all I’ve done since landing is read travel blogs and make lists full of ideas for my next transatlantic experience.

Today’s post will be breaking down the six days I spent in Rome. This trip was apart of a two-week study abroad program for the Advertising department at my school. There were twelve girls along with two professors who had traveled to Europe countless times.
